Note: In the regular event programme, the break time (17:10 - 19.00) is reserved for participants to return to their hotel before the evening programme, while the event crew prepares the Scania Experience Centre (MW Hall) for dinner. For the rehearsal, the same procedure applies: the Scania Experience Centre (MW Hall) must be completely emptied during this period, and it will not be possible to remain in the hall while preparations are underway. During these hours, you may either return to your office or use the available spaces in the Lake House or CK, where some seating/floors are accessible to 19.00 according to information in Flowpass.
