Upon arrival at MW-Hall in the morning, all participants will be required to take an alcohol breath test. Please be aware that the maximum permitted blood alcohol level is 0.2‰. Anyone who tests above this limit will not be allowed to participate in the event. We therefore kindly ask everyone to keep this in mind the evening before.

Please note that the event will be held in English. Markets requiring translation should ensure they have a designated local co-host and local language supporters to assist participants throughout the event.
As this event serves as our final dress rehearsal, it's important for us to run the programme with the expected number of participants. Therefore, if you register, we kindly ask that you commit to attending all sessions throughout the day, including the evening dinner.

Note: In the regular event programme, the break time is reserved for participants to return to their hotel before the evening programme, while the event crew prepares the MW Hall for dinner. For the rehearsal, the same procedure applies: the MW Hall must be completely emptied during this period, and it will not be possible to remain in the hall while preparations are underway. During these hours, you may either return to your office or use the available spaces in the Lake House or CK, where some seating/floors are accessible to 19.00 according to information in Flowpass.
