How will I get to Södertälje from Arlanda Airport?
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a host in the arrivals hall. After collecting your luggage and exiting baggage claim, please look for our host holding a Sales Force Boost sign. They will provide you with your transfer details and escort you to the designated pick-up point at Arlanda Airport. Transfers will be shared, so please be aware that you may need to wait for other participants before the transfer departs. *Note that participants from the Swedish market are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Södertälje. *Note that participants from the Used Vehicle Managers group are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Södertälje.
What language will the event be held in?
The event will be held in English. If your market requires language support, your market coordinator has arranged local co-hosts for the larger plenary sessions and local languages supporters for the smaller sessions.
Is there a dress code?
There is no general dress code during the event, except for the dinners where the dress code is business casual.
How do I know which group I will be in?
This will be visible on the event site closer to the event. It will also be displayed on you badge which you will recieve upon arrival.

What should I wear in Sweden in November?
November in Sweden can be a bit cold, depending on what you're used to, with temperatures typically around 0–5°C (32–41°F). The event will mostly take place indoors, but there will be a few occasions when you'll be outside for short periods, such as when changing vehicles during the test drives, moving between locations at the Demo Centre, or walking to and from the buses. We recommend wearing layers that are easy to adjust, along with a warm jacket and good shoes, as the weather can be rainy or windy.
