Transfers to and from airport
We will arrange joint transportation for your group upon arrival, from the airport to your hotel in Södertälje. Joint transportation back to the airport on your departure day will also be organized. Your market coordinator will receive more information about your transport closer to the event.

Hotel
We have booked rooms for you at The Dock Hotel in Södertälje, and dinner on the arrival day will also be held at the hotel.
Please note that day 3 is a departure day only, and hotel check-out is before 11:00.

Scania Head Office will cover all costs within the programme.
Any late changes regarding the number of participants for accommodation, as well as no-shows, will be covered by you.

Flights to and from Arlanda (Stockholm, Sweden).
Hotel accommodation must be paid prior to arrival (an invoice will be sent to the marketing coordinator by the hotel approximately 40 days before arrival).
