Transfers to and from airport
Scania Head Office will arrange a joint transfer for your group upon arrival from the airport to your hotel in Södertälje. A joint transfer back to the airport on your departure day will also be organized. Your market coordinator will receive more information about your transfer closer to the event. Note that if the joint transfer times do not suit your travel itinerary, you will need to arrange your own transfer. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a host in the arrivals hall. After collecting your luggage and exiting baggage claim, please look for our host holding a Sales Force Boost sign. They will provide you with your transfer details and escort you to the designated pick-up point at Arlanda Airport. Transfers will be shared, so please be aware that you may need to wait for other participants before the transfer departs.

Scania Head Office have booked rooms for you at The Dock Hotel in Södertälje. Dinner on the arrival day will be hosted at the hotel. Please note that hotel check-out is before 11:00.

Costs to be covered by the BU
Flights to and from Arlanda (Stockholm, Sweden).
Accommodation must be paid prior to arrival. An invoice will be sent to the market by the hotel approximately 40 days before arrival.
Optional/extra activities (add-on programmes) and additional expenses
Any late changes regarding the number of participants for accommodation, as well as no-shows.
Cancellation & changes
The last date to make a cancellation without incurring any costs has passed. Changes to details such as names and flight information can be made up to two weeks before the event.

Insurance
All Scania employees are automatically covered by Scania’s Global business travel insurance whilst the invited guests (journalists, photographer etc.) must have their own travel insurance.
All non-captive employees must be insured by his/her own company.
It is also of high importance that all travelers; captive- and non-captive employees and external guests, must have their own individual National health insurance card (if applicable). This is to keep any medical treatment costs as low as possible.
